Murco Company has been a stronghold in the East Bay for commercial leasing and property management since 1961. Having ownership of each of its properties enables Murco to primarily lease and cater to the small businesses that form the backbone of our community. Within its portfolio Murco primarily manages commercial office (500-1,500 square feet) and light industrial (1,250 – 3,200 square feet) spaces.
